Full Job Description

Responsible for updating and maintaining and monitoring all requirements of all of the Quality Systems such as HACCP, Halal, GMP and Food Safety Management

To ensure that all food safety programmes are implemented and maintained in accordance to documented SOPs.

Responsible in handing all customer complaints, analyzing root cause, prepare action plan and CIR

Responsible in conducting supplier audits, issuance of NCR, follow up on corrective action and update supplier assessment report

Actively participate in new product and process development and implementation

Responsible in effectively handling all customer audits and any other regulatory audits

Provide regular training to production workers and staff on food safety, with the aim of developing a good food safety culture

To lead the production team on daily operations, with much emphasis on food safety
We are a vegetables and fruits processing entity, producing ready to cook (RTC) and ready to eat (RTE) products for the domestic market. Currently, we are HACCP registered, Halal certified and with Mesti certification.
