Get real exposure to end-to-end HR Operations

• Understand the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Learn how payroll, compliance, HR data, and employee documentation work
• Work on actual HR projects and process improvements
• Build practical HR skills that you can bring into your first full-time job
• Explore different HR areas and discover which part of HR interests you most

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Management, or a related field
• Who are curious about how HR works behind the scenes
• Interested in gaining practical, hands-on experience
• No extensive experience required - freshies and students who are willing to learn are welcome
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Google Sheets is an advantage
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
