Internship Responsibilities

• Assist in guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Welcome and greet guests professionally
• Handle basic guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities
• Support reservation handling and phone/email inquiries
• Assist with billing and payment processing
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Learn and follow hotel standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field
• Internship placement required by university/college
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Friendly personality with strong customer service attitude
• Willing to learn and able to work shifts
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
