Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to assist our team in recruitment activities. This internship provides a great opportunity to learn about the hiring process and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
• Maintain and update the recruitment database
• Support HR team with day-to-day recruitment tasks
• Assist in onboarding processes when needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Pay: RM60.00 per day

Work Location: In person
