About House of Padel

House of Padel (HOP) is more than just a padel club. We're a growing sports and lifestyle community built around good vibes, great people and plenty of action.

From weekly games and coaching sessions to tournaments, corporate events, community activities and everything happening around the club, there's always something going on at HOP.

We're looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Intern to help us turn all of that activity into content that people actually want to watch.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the person behind the camera, helping us capture and showcase what makes HOP unique.

Content Creation

• Shoot and create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories and short-form videos around daily activities at HOP.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, padel games, tournaments, events, coaches, members and the overall HOP atmosphere.
• Edit short-form videos that are fun, engaging and aligned with current social media trends.
• Create simple but attractive graphics and visual content for Instagram posts, stories and announcements.
• Come up with creative content ideas, trends and concepts that can help increase HOP's social media engagement.
• Help plan and maintain a consistent flow of content across our social media platforms.
• Work closely with the HOP management team to turn upcoming events, promotions and activities into social media content.
• Occasionally assist with event coverage and content creation outside of regular day-to-day activities.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be a social media expert. We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive and genuinely enjoys creating content.

Ideally, you:

• Have experience with video editing and Reels/TikTok-style content creation.
• Are comfortable shooting videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Have a good eye for framing, angles, pacing and what makes a video engaging.
• Are familiar with Instagram Reels, Stories and current social media trends.
• Have basic knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop or similar software.
• Are creative and willing to experiment with new ideas.
• Can work independently and take initiative when you see an opportunity for content.
• Are comfortable being around people and capturing candid, spontaneous moments.
• Have an interest in sports, fitness, lifestyle or social media — bonus points if you're already a padel enthusiast!
