Job Descriptions:

• Assist the project team in monitoring and coordinating civil engineering and construction activities at project sites.
• Assist in conducting site inspections and monitoring work progress to ensure works are carried out according to project requirements.
• Assist in taking site measurements and recording site conditions, work progress, and relevant site information.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, drawings, reports, and site records.
• Assist in monitoring project schedules, work progress, and outstanding site issues.
• Assist in coordinating with project directors, engineers, contractors, consultants, clients, and other staff for smooth project execution.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and other project-related documentation.
• Assist in checking materials, workmanship, and site activities against project specifications and requirements.
• Assist in attending site meetings, progress meetings, and other project-related discussions when required.
• Assist in preparing site photographs, progress updates, and supporting documents for project records and claims.
• Assist in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, or other relevant software/tools for project-related work.
• Learn and use UBS billing or other company software effectively.
• Undertake other civil engineering, site coordination, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel in or outside Klang Valley for site visits.
• Must have a valid motorbike or car license.
• Good communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and gain practical experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: From 800.00 (MYR) per month

Contract length: 3-6 months
