What you will do:

• Assist with research, filing, data entry, recording, and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Learn how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Officer during audits and annual forecasting
• Communicate with the Accounts Payable Manager and Accounts Receivable Manager to track pending invoices
• Undertake data entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and detailed inventory records

• Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Perform administrative duties such as preparing invoices and updating accounting files, as and when required
• Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.

Who we are looking for:

• Diploma/Degree from Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting major
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Aptitude for mathematics
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
