JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in developing learning materials such as playbooks, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids and quick reference guides.
• Convert learning topics, best practices and relevant workplace examples.
• Design learning infographics, posters, digital guides and presentation materials using Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Assist in producing and editing short learning videos and screen recording.
• Organize and maintain the digital learning library.
• Assist in categorizing and updating learning resources.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Communication or related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with an interest in learning and content development.
• Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design software.
• Basic video editing skills such as Microsoft Clipchamp, CapCut or similar.
