What We're Looking For

• Culinary student, fresh graduate, or trainee.
• Basic kitchen and food preparation knowledge.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and samples for R&D testing.
• Assist with recipe trials and food tasting.
• Record recipes, measurements, yields, and feedback.
• Help prepare recipe cards and pictorial SOPs.
• Support LTO, new menu, and scale-up testing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the R&D kitchen.
