Requirements
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management or related field
- Computer savvy
- Knowledge in social media marketing is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- A knack for problem-solving
- Customer-service oriented and a team player
- Willing to learn and take on additional roles
- Fluent in both spoken and written English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- To assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Travel on site to inspect on-going arrangements, preparations, and changes needed to meet the needs of the client
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- To assist in the hiring of event personnel (DJs, crews, etc.)
- Coordinate all operations and promotional activities for the event
- Conduct post-mortem of events
- Communicate, maintain, and develop client relationships
