We are hiring a reliable Warehouse cum Workshop Assistant to support warehouse operations and basic workshop duties.

Warehouse Responsibilities

1. Receiving & Inspection
- Unload deliveries and check goods against purchase orders.
- Inspect items for damage or discrepancies.

2. Storage & Organization
- Label, store, and arrange products systematically.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

3. Inventory Management
- Assist in stock counts and cycle checks.
- Update inventory records in warehouse management systems.

4. Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in shipments.

5. Logistics Support
- Coordinate with drivers and couriers for deliveries.
- Assist in loading/unloading vehicles safely.

6. Health & Safety Compliance
- Follow safety protocols and use equipment responsibly.
- Report hazards or incidents promptly.

Workshop Responsibilities

1. Assembling of cylinders and locks

2. Cutting / Engraving of keys and locks

Other Responsibilities
Assist or take charge of any other ad-hoc projects and/or assignments (Subject to agreement with your immediate superior) which might be assigned by the company.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely, (Average 15-20 kgs / carton)
• Basic computer literacy (inventory software, MS Office).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
• Ability to understand English with basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with positive working attitude.

Working Conditions

• Based in warehouse environment (may involve standing, lifting, and moving items).
• Shift work or overtime may be required depending on operational needs.

Career Path

Warehouse Assistants can progress to roles such as Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Controller, or Logistics Coordinator with experience and training.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
