Responsibilities

• Assist in reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing and updating expense reports.
• Support the processing of reimbursement claims and payment records.
• Assist in preparing bank transaction records and financial documents.
• Enter financial transactions into the accounting system accurately.
• Maintain digital and physical accounting records and filing.
• Assist in issuing invoices and preparing documents for audits.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, SQL) is an advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who can communicate in English and Mandarin will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
