Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support the finance and accounting functions of our F&B operations. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical, hands-on experience in the F&B industry's financial operations. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and document filing

• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Help with preparation of financial reports and month-end closing

• Assist in reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records

• Support inventory tracking and cost monitoring for F&B operations

• Assist with tax-related documentation and compliance tasks

• Provide general administrative support to the Finance team

• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Able to work on-site at our F&B establishment
