Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional stone spa, body massage, and wellness treatments to customers.
• Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable treatments and spa packages.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and maintain a relaxing environment.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Handle appointments and assist with customer enquiries when required.
• Maintain proper use and care of spa equipment, tools, and products.
• Observe health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Promote spa services and retail products where appropriate.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in spa, massage, or wellness therapy is preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
