Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Manage customer portfolios end-to-end, including process mapping, solutioning and platform configurations.
• Coordinate projects with technical teams to implement and deliver customer solutions.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to align delivery with customer needs.
• Act as a customer advocate to drive adoption and growth.
• Be technologically savvy and digitally proficient; able to learn quickly and work autonomously.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.

Tramés is a logistics SaaS platform serving enterprise customers globally, with a backend handling large-scale data, async workflows, and real-time integrations. This role is to establish a Technical Project Management arm in KL, managing customer portfolios through process mapping, solutioning, platform configuration and project coordination with engineering teams to deliver the company's Digital Freight Management System.

This will be an extension of our current customer-facing Project & Account Management role. This team manages everything within their respective customer portfolios, ranging from process mapping and solutioning, platform configurations, project coordination with our technical teams - bringing our Customers' Digital Freight Management System to life!

We're not looking for someone who already knows all this. We're looking for someone who gets it fast when we explain it — and can learn things on their own (and fast).
