Internship – human resources department

• Able to start from October to March 2026
• Support employee’s engagement activities and company specific events such as birthday, team building, annual dinner – email employee birthday and prepare birthday gift.
• Assist to manage recruitment process cycle such as interview arrangements and compile interview report
• Assist with internal & external training arrangement and register HRDC for HRDF claimable trainings.
• Submit Outpatient medical care (Red Alert PR and name list) on the first day of every month
• Open PR for invoices received and attached report by cost center
• Provide administrative support to HR department and prepare relevant procedure chart as required.
• Assist with new employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including setting up new employee profiles and inactivating resigned employees in Timetec HR, as well as registering face access and car plate numbers.
• Monitor and track employee attendance and leave record by daily basis and other issue pertaining attendance and leave
• Update, track and maintain internal HR documentation and perform any Ad-Hoc duties when assigned to.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree,Human Resources, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Demonstrates motivated and good attitudes.
• Able to work independently while acting as a team player.
• Minimum internship duration is 4 months – 6 months. Preferably who can proceed internship for 6 months period.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Minyak Industrial Park.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
