We're hiring: Business Operations Manager, Physio Down Under, Singapore (Part-Time, 25 hrs/week)

Physio Down Under is Singapore's first dedicated pelvic health physiotherapy clinic. The clinic offers evidence-based treatment delivered by experienced pelvic health physiotherapists in a safe, welcoming environment. In addition to clinical services, Physio Down Under provides a comprehensive Pilates program with both private and group classes. The team is committed to professional excellence, respect, and compassionate care for every client.

We're debt-free, founder-owned, and growing, and we need someone brilliant to run the business side so our clinical team can focus on patients.

This is a part-time, flexible role, 25 hours a week ongoing, hybrid working. A day or two on-site at the clinic each week for meetings and staff-facing work, the rest remote and flexible around your schedule. The first 3 months are a foundational build phase (setting up policies, procedures and compliance systems), which comes with a project-based top-up on top of the standard salary to reflect the extra hours involved.

This is not a "coordinate the calendar" ops role. You'll own:

HR: hiring, contracts, payroll, CPF, work passes, the whole employee lifecycle
Finance: bookkeeping oversight, invoicing, reporting, working with our accountants on GST, tax and ACRA
️Systems: turning our manual admin into automated, documented processes
Compliance: Employment Act, PDPA, healthcare regulations, licences
Impact: helping us launch a subsidised care clinic for underserved women, and pulling together the data we need for funding applications

You'll report directly to the founders and be trusted to genuinely run this side of the business, not just support it.

Who we're looking for:
️3 to 8+ years in operations, practice management, or generalist HR and finance
️Comfortable owning both people and money; this role spans both
️Naturally organised, systems minded, gets things documented
️Discreet, direct, low drama
️Healthcare or clinic experience a plus, not a must

Part time, 25 hours/week ongoing(with a build-phase top-up in the first 3 months), hybrid, based in Singapore. Competitive salary based on experience.
