Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Good analytical skills, able to troubleshoot or carry out system error investigation independently
- Willing to work at Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya
- Minimum 12 weeks of internship
- Preferably starting from October
Responsibilities
- Assist employees who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products or services.
- Assist and support in manage, maintain, and repair IT systems include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Oversee and manage IT related assets.
- Assist and supporting processes for incidents, service requests, change requests and access requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
