Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, filming, and editing short-form videos for social media
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop content ideas and storyboards
• Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and filming equipment during shoots
• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, adding captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and transitions
• Help manage content production schedules and organize media files
• Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and viral content
• Support client and internal content shoots when required

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Film, Multimedia, Creative Media, or a related field
• Basic video shooting and editing skills
• Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Enjoys creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Creative, proactive, and willing to experiment with new ideas
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
• Organised and able to meet deadlines

Bonus Points:

• Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or smartphones for content creation
• Basic lighting and audio setup knowledge
• Ability to create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects
• Experience appearing in videos or directing talents
• Having a portfolio, social media page, or personal content projects to showcase

Pixelmites Digital is a creative agency that produces short-form social media content and performance marketing across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and Xiaohongshu. The Video Content Creator Intern (3–6 months) will assist the creative team in planning, filming and editing short-form videos, supporting content production workflows and learning end-to-end content production for real brands.
