About the Role

We're looking for a curious and analytical Data Analytics Intern to join our team. If you enjoy working with data, identifying trends, and turning numbers into actionable insights, this internship is for you.

You will support our marketing, sales, and business teams by analyzing campaign performance, customer behaviour, and operational data to help drive better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
• Analyze marketing, sales, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor key business metrics and present findings to the team.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.

Dashboard & Reporting

• Create and maintain dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets.
• Visualize data through charts and reports for management review.
• Automate recurring reports where possible.

Marketing Analytics

• Track the performance of digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
• Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and customer journeys.
• Evaluate campaign ROI and recommend improvements.
• Assist in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.

Business Intelligence

• Support the team in identifying customer behaviour patterns and market trends.
• Generate insights to improve marketing strategies and operational efficiency.
• Assist with forecasting and performance tracking.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Present findings in a clear and easy-to-understand format.
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as required.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's student in:

• Data Analytics
• Statistics
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Business Analytics
• Mathematics
• Economics
• or related fields.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Familiar with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

Basic understanding of SQL is an advantage.

Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Able to communicate findings clearly.

Eager to learn and work with real business data.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads reporting.
• Basic SQL or Python for data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer databases.
• Basic understanding of AI tools for data analysis.
