Position Overview
Support JLL's Data Centre Capital Markets team during a period of significant market expansion in Malaysia. This internship provides hands-on experience in commercial real estate research, site analysis, and transaction support within the rapidly growing data centre sector.
Job Description
Conduct land availability searches and compile property databases for data centre development opportunities across Malaysia
Perform preliminary site analysis and feasibility assessments for data centre opportunities
Gather and organize market intelligence on infrastructure, connectivity, and regulatory requirements
Assist in preparing client presentations, investment memoranda, and financial analysis supporting investment recommendations
Maintain deal pipelines, property trackers, and market intelligence databases while supporting transaction documentation
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with excellent research and analytical capabilities
Effective communication skills in English with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
