The Customer Service Specialist will manage daily customer service operations, resolve inquiries, analyze feedback, and drive improvements to enhance customer satisfaction at Flexii’s Singapore location.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer service operations to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend service improvements
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams to facilitate problem resolution
• Adapt responses and solutions to meet diverse customer needs and enhance satisfaction
• Lead and coordinate team activities to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
• Apply problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve complex customer issues promptly
• Maintain attention to detail and organize customer service workflows for consistent performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the software industry to better understand product-related customer needs
