WHAT YOU'LL DO (with guidance and support)
• Help run sanity checks on project briefs and deliverables, flagging gaps or inconsistencies
• Support information gathering across internal teams and external partners
• Maintain project documentation and tracking systems, keeping them accurate and up to date
• Help monitor timelines and surface potential delays or risks early
• Assist in preparing and distributing regular status updates
• Support budget tracking and expense documentation
• Help coordinate project handovers and transitions 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (any discipline; business, communications, or a digital-related field is a plus)
• Genuine interest in project management or digital product delivery
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) is a plus, not a must
• No prior work experience required (coursework, personal projects, or club/committee organizing all count)

YOUR ROLE
As a Project Management Intern, you'll work alongside our project team to see how complex client briefs become smooth, well-run project journeys. This is a hands-on learning role: you'll take on real coordination and documentation tasks under guidance, build the operational habits that underpin great delivery, and get a genuine view of how a fast moving project environment runs day to day. Think of it as an apprenticeship in the invisible infrastructure behind excellent delivery — attention to detail, clear communication, and staying a step ahead of problems.
