Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant Intern to support our Accounts & Finance Department in daily administrative and accounting tasks. This internship provides hands-on exposure to accounting processes, financial documentation management, and the use of accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry and updating financial records in the Bukku Accounting System.
• Organize, save, and maintain accounting and finance documents, including invoices, Statements of Account (SOA), payment records, and other supporting documents.
• Assist the Accounts & Finance team with daily administrative and accounting tasks.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records, both digital and physical.
• Support invoice verification and document matching when required.
• Assist in preparing reports and financial information as requested by the department.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Accounts & Finance team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
