YOUR TASKS

• Support customers by sending pre-alerts.
• Support WMX booking via MCT Chat.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
• Perform data extraction and update reports to support management analysis.
• Maintain data accuracy, including KART reports clean-up.
• Support KA SharePoint and Microsoft Teams folder clean-up.
• Monitor workload and chat volume.

YOUR PROFILE

• Basic Analytical Skills (Excel, Powerpoint) and presentation skills.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Independent and enjoy interreacting with people.
