 Requirements

• Fluent in English and must be comfortable to communicate frequently on the job
• No restriction on field of study as willingness to learn and explore is a more important criteria in our valuation

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and provide ongoing support for computing devices, peripheral devices, networking equipment, and software applications to ensure efficient operations.
• Explore and leverage automation tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline and optimize daily operations. (Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance)
• Provide IT-related administrative support including maintenance contract renewal, user accounts, procure IT-related hardware/software and services and licensing management.
• Maintain and update IT inventory records.
