As an Accounting / Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance operations, accounting processes, and financial reporting. You will work closely with experienced finance professionals while supporting the department's daily operations and contributing to real business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting and finance administrative tasks.
• Support the processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims.
• Assist in preparing accounting documents, reports, and financial records.
• Perform data entry and ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Organise and maintain finance documents and filing systems.
• Assist in analysing financial data and preparing spreadsheets when required.
• Participate in departmental meetings and support ongoing finance projects.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
