Responsibilities

Equipment Operation & Maintenance

• Operate and monitor machinery for production and finishing tasks, following standard work instructions.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic repairs to keep machines running reliably.

Production Support & Assembly

• Assemble components and tooling with attention to fit and finish, keeping output consistent.
• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and simple tooling changes to support different product runs.

Quality, Safety & Inventory

• Inspect finished parts for quality and report any defects clearly to supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain a tidy work area, and help manage spare parts and tooling stock.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 0 years experience required; fresh graduates and those new to the trade are welcome.
• Secondary education or a technical certificate preferred but not mandatory.
