• Newspaper Layout & Editorial Design: Assist in designing and formatting newspaper pages, feature stories, columns, and print advertisements using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva. 
• Short-Form Video Editing: Cut, edit, and enhance short-form videos (such as Rednote video notes, Reels, or TikToks) using CapCut or similar editing apps, adding engaging transitions, captions, and trending audio.
• Print-to-Digital Repurposing: Take long-form print stories, interviews, and features and creatively adapt them into bite-sized, visually compelling digital formats (such as Instagram/Rednote multi-image carousels and infographics).
• Social Media Management & Content Strategy: Brainstorm, plan, and execute content strategies tailored for the Instagram and Rednote algorithm, leveraging lifestyle aesthetics and community-driven storytelling ("种草" culture).
• Social Media Graphics: Design eye-catching digital graphics, posters, and marketing collateral for our online channels.
• Copywriting & Storytelling: Write engaging headlines, hooks, and captions in Mandarin / English that resonate with both print readers and digital audiences.
• Trend Watching: Stay ahead of current digital aesthetics, viral formats, and design trends across lifestyle platforms.

As our Creative Design & Editorial Intern, you will bridge the gap between traditional print media and digital storytelling—helping us design engaging newspaper layouts while expanding our brand presence on social media platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram and Rednote (Xiaohongshu).
