Your Role on Our Journey
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our team in a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers valuable exposure to key HR functions and provides hands-on experience in both day-to-day processes and strategic initiatives.
Your Day-to-Day Adventures
Update and maintain employee records in the HR system.
Manage the Facial Recognition System (FAS) to ensure the proper set up and accuracy of employee account and attendance records.
Support coordination and logistics for internal training sessions and town hall meetings.
Assist with scanning, filing, and archiving HR-related documents.
Assist in drafting employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
Ensure employee records adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
Support in reviewing and improving HR processes and workflow documentations.
Liaise with external vendors to coordinate the timely and efficient delivery of employee benefits.
Screen and shortlist resume during the recruitment process.
Participate in and support CSR initiatives organized by the company.
Provide other general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.
