Responsibilities

Audit Execution

• Support audit planning and fieldwork by performing sampling, substantive tests, and preparing clear workpapers.
• Reconcile accounts and run basic financial analysis to surface exceptions for senior review.

Client & Documentation

• Maintain organised client files and audit schedules to meet firm and regulatory standards.
• Follow up with clients to collect documents and clarify queries in a professional, timely manner.

Team Support & Process

• Assist seniors in drafting audit findings and tracking outstanding items to closure.
• Help improve simple engagement processes to keep timelines on track.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willingness to attend client sites and support fieldwork as required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of accounting and auditing principles, plus comfort with financial analysis and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with common accounting software is preferred.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective time management across multiple tasks.
• Independent thinking, good communication, and a proactive desire to learn from seniors and peers.
