About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and trend-aware Intern Production Coordinator to join our production team. In this role, you will assist in coordinating video and photo shoots for our digital marketing projects, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end production: from planning and pre-production logistics, to supporting on-set shoot days, to tracking post-production deliverables.
You will work closely with producers, creative teams, videographers, and strategists to ensure shoots run smoothly and content is delivered on time. If you love logistics, creative problem solving, and seeing ideas come to life on set, this internship is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production
- Assist producers and creative teams (designers & copywriters) in understanding project concepts and brief requirements.
- Help draft production timelines, call sheets, shot lists, and logistical plans.
- Assist in sourcing locations, talent, props, wardrobe, studio spaces, and equipment required for shoots.
- Coordinate schedules with internal teams and external vendors. (photographers, videographers, freelancers, etc.)
On-Set Production Support
- Support producers and crews on shoot days to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Assist with on-site logistics, talent handling, equipment setup, and running errands during shoots.
- Help track shot lists on set to ensure all required creative assets and angles are captured.
- Act as a reliable point of support to troubleshoot minor issues and keep the team organized in real time.
Post-Production & Asset Coordination
- Assist in organizing raw footage, photos, and project files after shoots for editing teams.
- Coordinate with editors and designers to track post-production deadlines and review drafts.
- Facilitate feedback loops and track deliverable status across internal project teams.
- Ensure all final deliverables and assets are properly archived and stored in shared folders.
Project & Team Coordination
- Maintain production schedules and assist in tracking status updates across multiple active projects.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, content creators, and account managers regarding shoot timelines.
- Continuously learn agency workflows, production equipment, and digital content best practices.
