EPIC Hiring! Part Time Freelance - Programme Coordinator in Selangor - Ricebowl

Key responsibilities:

• Participant Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for programme participants, manage participant communications, and ensure member progress is tracked.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the programme timeline, scheduling, and workshop logistics to ensure milestones are met.
• Workshop Support: Co-deliver workshops, manage coordination and delivery with trainers.
• Administrative & Impact Tracking: Track participant engagement, programme outcomes, and maintain necessary documentation to support reporting.

EPIC is running a pilot social impact programme in Subang from September to December 2026. This programme combines the following elements: workshops covering community engagement and human-centric design, prototyping, support from technical/domain experts who assist in refining and test ideas; real-time integration of community feedback and seed funding awarded to pilot projects.

This role is a project-based Programme Coordinator to support delivery, participant management, logistics and impact tracking for the pilot. 

This role is best suited for candidates with experience or exposure to any of the following:

• Training, and/or teaching, and/or coaching, and/or facilitation skills;
• Human-centric design, design thinking or innovation;
• Cohort management;
• Programme Design and/or development.

Scope & expectations:

• Duration: Onboarding to Closing (estimated 1st week of September – 1st week of December).
• Estimated commitment: administrative hours 3–5 hours per week; to be present at live training sessions (estimated 4x Full Day Sessions); to conduct Community Check-Ins (estimated 1x session per month, approximately 2-3 hours); to conduct Community Engagement Spot-Checks (dependent on scheduling with participants).
• Programme Coordinator Fee: RM 1,500.00 per month, or RM6,000.00 for entirety of project. Travel allowance will also be provided.
