The Opportunity

We are actively seeking compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Freelance Special Needs Educators to join our growing network. This is a unique opportunity to work flexibly, set your own schedule, and provide invaluable personalized teaching to students with diverse learning needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized, one-on-one teaching to special needs students in their homes across Singapore.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans (ILPs) tailored to each student's unique strengths and needs.
  • Utilize engaging and effective teaching methodologies to address various learning styles.
  • Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt strategies as required.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with parents/guardians regarding student progress and needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of teaching sessions and student development.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct teaching experience with students with special needs.
  • Relevant qualifications in Special Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and families.
  • Empathy, patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual home learning environments.
