What You'll Be Doing

• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Conduct research and analyze information to assist with decision-making and business initiatives.
• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of business processes and improvement projects.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, document management, filing, and scheduling.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders when required.
• Attend team meetings and actively contribute ideas and discussions.
• Show initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a strong willingness to learn and grow.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
