Role Purpose

To support the Accounting department in daily operations while gaining practical exposure to accounting processes, financial documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting operations and develops practical skills in a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting administrative tasks and documentation.
• Support data entry and maintenance of accounting records.
• Assist in preparing, organizing, and filing invoices, receipts, payment documents, and other financial records.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in checking and compiling financial documents for record purposes.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting documents.
• Support the preparation of reports and other accounting-related tasks.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Accounts Department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or other related fields.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.60 and above will be preferred.
• Internship commencement: September 2026 onwards.
• Preferred internship duration: 6 months to 1 year.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Good time management skills and able to complete assigned tasks within the given timeline.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
