• Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare HR documents and maintain employee records.
• Support payroll preparation by checking attendance, leave, overtime, and employee data.
• Update employee information in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle filing, documentation, and other HR administrative tasks.
• Support foreign worker administration and documentation.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR records.
• Provide support for employee engagement and HR-related activities.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR Department.

Pay: RM500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
