Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & Align: Cross-Department Collaboration. Work closely with Marketing and colleagues across different departments understand their roles and milestones that we are able to showcase through content.
• Ideate & Execute Efficiently: Content Development. Brainstorm engaging content concepts that reflect Rurutiki’s everyday office culture and achievements. You should be able to maintain a fast turnaround – taking an approved idea through to the final edited video smoothly and efficiently.
• Capture & Coordinate: On-Site Production. Filming behind-the-scenes moments, day-in-the-life snippets, and casual interviews with teammates across our operations.
• Edit & Publish: Post-Production. Edit raw footage into clean, engaging short-form videos (TikToks & Instagram Reels). Assist in writing clear captions and scheduling posts.
• Marketing Ad-Hoc Tasks: Team Support. Remain adaptive and assist the wider Marketing department with ad-hoc creative or operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• The Workflow: Organized and efficient. You can manage your time well to turn ideas into completed video assets without unnecessary delays.
• The Tech Tools: Proficient with mobile video & image editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Suite, or others). *Knowledge and experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or other AI solutions) to assist with scripting or content production workflows is an advantage.
• The Collaboration: Driven, friendly, approachable, and comfortable reaching out to different teams to coordinate quick filming sessions.
• The Platform Knowledge: On-trend with current short-form video formats, features, and layout styles across TikTok and Instagram. You know what it takes to capture attention.
• The Communication: Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) to help draft captions and communicate ideas clearly.
• The Portfolio: You have created engaging videos for your personal, school, or professional channels.
• The Location: Able to work on-site at our office in Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor.

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
