About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Part-Time Child Baking Facilitator to join our team! In this role, you will guide children through fun, hands-on baking classes. All lesson plans and ingredients are prepared in advance, your focus will be on creating a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment where kids can enjoy the joy of baking.

Work Schedule

This role requires commitment to weekends, either both Saturday and Sunday or at least one (1) weekend day each week. Additional weekday shifts may be assigned during school holiday periods or peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage baking classes for children following provided lesson plans
• Create a safe, clean, and positive learning environment
• Guide, assist, and encourage children throughout the baking process
• Maintain an engaging and cheerful classroom atmosphere
• Manage class timing, setup, and cleanup efficiently
• Support daily outlet operations when required

Requirements

• Enjoy working with children and possess a patient, cheerful personality
• Responsible, reliable, and punctual
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to commit to assigned work schedules, including public holidays when required
• Prior baking experience is preferred.
• Prior experience working with children (teaching, enrichment, coaching, childcare, or babysitting) is an advantage

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
