The Role

We're seeking a Community Engagement Intern who thrives on bridging business, community, and purpose.

You'll identify problems, design solutions, and execute across events, partnerships, and marketing – taking it from concept to reality.

What You'll Do

Partnerships

· Build relationships with Ground-Up Groups, Social Enterprises, and impact organisations aligned with our mission

Events & Operations

· Execute community events for beneficiaries

· Host and manage on-site operations

Marketing & Business Growth

· Design marketing strategies and execute them across channels

· Secure venue bookings and new partnerships

What We're Looking For

Current/recent undergraduates or graduates from Psychology, Business, Social Work, Communications, Social Entrepreneurship, or related disciplines.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong business acumen and marketing skills
  • Excellent multitasking and project management abilities
  • Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal skills

You're entrepreneurial, a self-starter who takes initiative, comfortable working independently and in teams, and energized by fast-paced environments.

Internship Details

  • Duration: Minimum 3 months, ideally 6 months
  • Start Date: Open year-round, rolling applications
  • Work Arrangement: Full-time, 5-day work week, in-office
  • Location: Telok Ayer, Singapore
  • Reports to: Community Engagement Manager

You'll create real impact on communities while gaining mentorship, building your network with impact leaders, and developing skills across events, business development, marketing, and project management—with full ownership from concept to execution.

Pay: From $800.00 per month
