Responsibilities
Dapo Rakyat is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to manage our administrative systems, documentation, payroll records and project tracking.
This role is suitable for someone who can work independently, follow up on missing information and ensure all records are complete and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll data using payroll software, including attendance, leave, claims, KWSP, PERKESO and EIS records.
Monitor staff claims submitted through Google Forms and check supporting documents.
Record basic income and expenses and organise documents for the external bookkeeper.
Prepare official letters, invoices, quotations and documents using existing templates.
Update project trackers, deadlines, attendance, evidence and monitoring reports.
Maintain an organised Google Drive filing system.
Prepare a simple weekly administrative and project progress report.
Follow up with team members on incomplete documents and overdue tasks.
Requirements
Minimum one year of experience in administration, HR, finance support or project documentation.
Proficient in Google Drive, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Comfortable using payroll software, digital forms and AI tools.
Able to prepare formal documents in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Extremely careful with names, dates, amounts and supporting documents.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proactive, systematic and comfortable following up with others.
Working arrangement: Part-time, approximately 18–24 hours per week
Salary: RM1,200–RM1,500 per month, depending on experience.
Location: Batu Pahat, Johor
Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
