We are looking for a Finance & Administration Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students who are interested in accounting, finance operations, and business administration to gain hands-on exposure to real-world financial processes.
You will work closely with finance professionals and support critical functions including financial reporting, invoice processing, document management, and month-end closing activities. This role provides valuable learning opportunities across Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes while developing practical skills in finance operations and corporate administration.
What You'll DoRecord-to-Report (RTR) Support
- Assist with monthly financial closing activities and reporting processes.
- Support bank reconciliation activities and transaction verification.
- Assist in posting intercompany invoices and maintaining supporting documentation.
- Help ensure month-end closing tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Operations
- Support the processing and posting of non-trade invoices.
- Assist in recording and monitoring cash usage transactions.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Ensure invoices are properly documented and filed for audit and reference purposes.
Order-to-Cash (OTC) Support
- Assist in preparing and sending e-invoices during month-end periods.
- Support customer billing activities and invoice documentation.
- Help ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently.
Finance Administration
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team on daily operational activities.
- Assist in document preparation, filing, record maintenance, and data updates.
- Support tracking and follow-up activities related to finance processes and documentation.
- Maintain organized records for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
Document Approval Coordination
- Assist in coordinating document approvals and authorization processes.
- Support the collection of required signatures for finance-related documents.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of approval workflows.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of finance records.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial procedures.
- Support audit preparation activities by organizing and retrieving relevant documents when required.
Learning & Development
- Gain exposure to key finance functions, accounting processes, and corporate operations.
- Learn best practices in financial administration, reporting, and business controls.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and development activities within the Finance team.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Business Administration
- Commerce
- Or a related field
- Possess a basic understanding of accounting principles and finance processes.
- Interested in developing a career in finance, accounting, or business operations.
