Reporting To: Quality Engineer

Industry: Custom Industrial Equipment Manufacturing (Ovens, Paint Lines, Dipping Systems)
Employment Type: 3-6 months

What You’ll Do

· Support inspection activities across incoming materials, in-process production, and final product stages.

· Use engineering drawings, specifications, and technical standards to support dimensional checks and quality inspections.

· Assist in calibration tracking and verification of measurement tools and equipment.

· Participate & support in project quality related issues

· Assist with internal audit preparations and documentation aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

· Participate in gap analyses and compliance reviews for ISO requirements.

· Help maintain audit findings log, follow-up actions, and evidence collection.

· Collaborate with various departments to track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and verify corrective actions.

· Support internal audit activities in accordance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

· Assist in the documentation preparation and filling, maintenance of quality records, checklists, and reports.

· Participate in SHE inspections and assist with hazard identification and corrective action follow-ups.

· Assist in updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and risk assessments.

· Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

What You Need

· Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Welding, Quality or related engineering field.

· Basic understanding of quality, manufacturing and safety management systems is an advantage.

· Proficient in English, both spoken and written – especially in writing reports and technical documentation.

· Basic knowledge of QA/QC tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers), ISO standards, and SHE practices.

· Ability to read engineering drawings and apply basic GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) concepts is a plus.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Familiarity with CAD or quality software is a bonus.

· Good teamwork, communication skills, and eagerness to learn.

Working Condition

· Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

· Breaks: 60min lunch

· Environment: Factory (non-air-conditioned) + Office (air-conditioned)
