Job Summary:

Job Description:

• Set up banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to event specifications

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the banquet area throughout events

• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery



Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or banquet setting

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg
