Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Part-Time Barista to support beverage preparation and daily café operations. The role involves preparing drinks consistently, serving guests professionally, keeping the bar area clean, and supporting the team during daily service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
Ensure drinks are made consistently and presented neatly.
Take orders and assist guests with basic menu enquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and workstations.
Support stock checks, replenishment, and basic inventory duties.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
Work closely with the service and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
Requirements
Prior barista, café, or F&B experience is preferred.
Basic coffee knowledge is preferred, but training can be provided.
Valid food hygiene certification is preferred.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as rostered.
