• Assist in preparing and issuing Project Execution & Quality Plans (PEQP) and Project Instructions.
• Attend Project Kick-off Meetings to gather QHSE requirements information.
• Support in reviewing Subcontractor/Supplier quality plans for compliance.
• Help coordinate and prepare materials for QHSE and PEQP training/briefings.
• Assist in scheduling, organizing, and taking minutes for HSE Committee Meetings and Office Weekly Progress Meetings.
• Track and monitor Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and audit observations for timely closure.
• Gather data and assist in generating quarterly KPI reports and monthly QA activity reports.
• Support Project Managers in issuing Project Close Out Reports and Client Satisfaction Surveys.
• Assist in logging customer complaints and tracking corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HOD and QA team as needed.

Pay: RM299.00 - RM300.00 per month
