Responsibilities
Outdoor Coach (Facilitator) - Part-Time/Freelance
Aktivate Education | Part of Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group
Come join us and gain experience working with students from different schools in outdoor camps and school programmes, ranging from primary to tertiary levels. We offer a range of adventure programs and experiences designed to promote teamwork, leadership, and personal development. Our activities include orienteering, outdoor cooking, high elements, water activities and various team-building challenges.
On top of fulfilling your responsibilities, you will also be acquiring knowledge and skills that are essential in the 21st-century workforce. This includes design thinking, leadership, facilitation, outdoor adventure skills, effective learning skills, and many more!
You will be exposed to outdoor camps, to apply and validate your knowledge and skills.
What You’ll Do
Engage and manage students during programmes
Conduct activity briefings & debriefs for classes/groups
Support programme logistics/inventory
You’re a Great Fit If You
Connect & communicate well with youths
Enjoy meeting new people
Are proactive, adaptable, and open-minded
Bonus: Background in facilitation/mentoring
