Requirements
- Previous experience in cashier, front desk, receptionist, customer service, or spa/hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Ability to use POS/cashier systems.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail.
- Able to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
- Friendly, polite, and professional when dealing with customers.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally and courteously.
- Handle customer bookings, appointments, walk-ins, and enquiries.
- Explain spa services, prices, packages, and promotions.
- Manage cashier/POS system and handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate daily sales and payment records.
- Coordinate with therapists and manage customer service schedules.
- Handle customer feedback and assist with basic customer enquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
