We are seeking a creative, passionate, and motivated Textile Design Intern to join our design team. This internship opportunity is ideal for students who are interested in developing their skills and gaining practical industry experience in textile and product design.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative textile designs, patterns, motifs, and prints based on current trends and brand requirements.
• Support the design team in creating and preparing artwork for production.
• Conduct research on textile, fashion, colour, and design trends to support the development of new design concepts.
• Assist in preparing mood boards, colour palettes, design presentations, and other creative materials.
• Make necessary design amendments and revisions based on feedback from the design team.
• Ensure design artwork and files are properly organised and prepared according to production requirements.
• Collaborate with the design and product development teams to support ongoing projects.
• Perform other duties and design-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Creative Design, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or other relevant design applications.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about textile, fashion, and visual design.
• Good understanding of colours, patterns, and visual composition.
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Students with a July intake onwards are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to complete the internship period according to the requirements of the respective university or college.
