Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Assist in managing company social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Threads.
• Schedule and publish social media content according to the content calendar.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
• Respond and engage with followers, comments, and messages to improve community interaction.

Content Creation

• Assist in creating engaging content such as:
• Short videos (TikTok/Reels)
• Social media posts
• Infographics
• Educational content related to financial awareness
• Company updates and campaigns
• Support video shooting, editing, and content preparation.
• Develop creative ideas to improve brand visibility and audience growth.

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Support marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new content opportunities and audience preferences.
• Assist in preparing social media performance reports (reach, engagement, followers, leads).

Other Responsibilities

• Support other marketing and business development activities when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in:
• Marketing
• Digital Marketing
• Mass Communication
• Business Administration
• Media Studies or related fields
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Threads.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or other design/video editing tools is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Able to commit for 6 months internship period.

Pay: RM999.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
